Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. seeks a Wing Scheduler at Whiteman AFB, MO to oversee long-range scheduling for aerial refueling and ACE operations. You will align squadron plans with DoD goals and coordinate with partners including AFRC and ANG.

Responsibilities include maintaining scheduling systems, analyzing historical data to optimize resources, and providing training on scheduling software to Operations Group personnel. DoD experience and base access readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or a similar proprietary aircrew scheduling system.
• Proficient in standard office software suite (Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and familiarity with NIPR/SIPR military IT networks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for executive briefings, leadership status reports, and multi-agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive long-range scheduling systems, prioritizing aerial refueling tankers and ACE operations.
• Align operational unit long-term mission planning with DoD strategic goals and tenant partners (AFRC, ANG).
• Analyze historical mission data to optimize resources and generate decision-making analytics for Operations Group leadership.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to Operations Group personnel on long-range scheduling software and capabilities.
