Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking Remodel & Replacement Sales Consultants to develop relationships with contractors, remodelers, builders, and homeowners. You will drive high-volume sales, expand market reach, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across office, showroom, home, and jobsite settings.

You will present product demonstrations, read blueprints, and use OMS, Salesforce, and MS Office to quote, sell, and order products for remodeling projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of sales, customer service, or construction-related experience preferred.
• Experience reading construction plans, blueprints, and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans and target accounts.
• Identify and secure new business with remodelers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Visit permit offices and review reports to find active projects.
• Manage customer relationships and provide product applications, sales, and support.
