Job summary

Marvin Design Gallery by Mountain West Windows and Doors seeks a Remodel & Replacement Sales Consultant to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, remodelers, replacement companies, builders, and homeowners. The role focuses on generating high-volume, profitable sales and delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Two to four years of sales, customer service, construction-related, or general business experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door products, applications, and components is preferred.
• Experience reading construction plans, blueprints, and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business plan with sales goals and account acquisitions strategies.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with remodel contractors, replacement companies, and builders.
• Visit permit offices or review permit reports to uncover active projects.
• Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including product applications, sales, and delivery coordination.
• Promote Marvin products and stay current on industry trends.
