Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions expert to drive cross-channel sales of advanced treasury and payment solutions. You will act as the primary technical product expert, assemble deal teams for large opportunities, and present strategic options to C-level executives.

You will collaborate with product management, support implementation, and help move clients from paper to electronic processes, while mentoring teams and advancing new product ideas in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years in financial institutions with 8+ years in Treasury Management consulting.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
• Strong consultative selling with ability to present to large audiences.
• Broad knowledge of corporate treasury operations, payments, and ERP/TMS systems.
• Solid technology understanding including data formats and security.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience translating complex requirements into business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical product expert across channels to propose strategic options to executives.
• Lead deal teams for large, complex payment opportunities.
• Join sales calls with Treasury Management Sales Officers to demonstrate value proposition.
• Coordinate with Product Management on new product ideas and competitive intelligence.
• Develop formal presentations on industry trends for internal and external use.
• Provide Treasury Management training as SME.
• Participate in focus groups and business case development.
• Move clients from paper to electronic offerings.
• Engage clients and lead whiteboard sessions to reengineer Payables/Receivables.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.
