Job summary

D3 is seeking a BD & GTM Manager to identify and engage key Web3 partners. This hybrid role, based in Los Angeles, offers creative freedom and ownership in scaling adoption of interoperable domains.

You will generate qualified partnership opportunities that drive our DomainFi ecosystem growth, working closely with leadership to craft outreach strategies and strategic collaborations. You will help cement D3’s position as the definitive leader in DomainFi and build activations at industry events,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BD, GTM or partnerships.
• Familiar with Web3 concepts and terminology.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to navigate organizations to identify decision‑makers.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
• Self‑motivated with ability to hit outbound activity metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential Web3 partners (wallets, marketplaces, DeFi protocols).
• Coordinate with Tech, Product and Operations teams and project manage from front to back.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns to establish domains as core assets.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for leadership.
• Maintain CRM with contact info, outreach history, notes, and opportunities.
• Develop messaging communicating domain tokenization value to target segments.
• Track KPIs and manage follow‑ups.
• Plan activation events at industry conferences to generate buzz.
