Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Mid-Level Technical Program Analyst in the Washington, DC area to support the SLCM-N LOC program.

The role focuses on missile design, flight test planning, and systems integration, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and leadership. The position requires US citizenship, an active DoD clearance, and at least 5 years in defense-related work, with strong analytical and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active DoD SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in defense-related work.
• Experience delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the Program Office, facilities, vendors, and stakeholders to manage LOC Missile Branch lines of effort.
• Gather and disseminate information, develop reports and presentations for stakeholders across the client organization.
• Collaborate with engineers, financial analysts, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership on planning and reporting.
• Assist in establishing and logistic management of multiple working groups (safety, logistics, flight tests, requirements, mission planning).
• Travel up to 25% of the time to vendor or client sites.
