Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Analyst to support SSP SLCM-N in Washington, DC. The role focuses on contract oversight, acquisition activities, and coordination with engineers, financial analysts, and leadership.

You will monitor vendor performance, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders. A DoD SECRET clearance (ability to obtain TOP SECRET) is required along with a STEM or business bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business field is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in acquisition, contracting, program management, or government.
• Experience delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for contract oversight and acquisition-related activities.
• Monitor vendor performance in training and documentation, ensuring obligations met on time and within budget.
• Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations.
• Work closely with engineers, financial analysts, SMEs, functional teams, and senior leadership to plan coordination of efforts.
