Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Mid-Level Technical Program Analyst to support the SLCM-N LOC program in the Washington, DC area. This role focuses on engineering design, flight test planning and systems integration for a major defense acquisition effort, with on-site work and some remote opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a DoD SECRET clearance, a STEM degree, 5+ years in defense, and proven experience briefing senior leaders while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active DoD SECRET clearance and ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including defense customer support.
• Experience delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Program Office and stakeholders to manage LOC Missile Branch efforts.
• Gather, disseminate information, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and leadership on planning and reporting.
• Help establish working groups covering safety, logistics, flight tests, and mission planning.
• Travel up to 25% to vendor or client sites.
