Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Program Analyst in the Washington, DC area to support the SLCM-N LOC Missile Branch.

The role is primarily on-site in Washington, DC, with some remote work possible and travel up to 25% to vendor or client sites. The position involves supporting engineering design, flight test planning, and systems integration for a major defense program; you will identify risks, develop solutions, and brief senior leadership,

Qualifications

• US citizen with active DoD SECRET clearance and ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• On-site at Maritime Plaza in Washington DC (3–5 days per week).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including defense support.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Program Office and facilities, vendors and stakeholders to manage LOC Missile Branch work lines.
• Gather and disseminate information, develop planning tools, prepare reports and present results.
• Collaborate with engineers, financial analysts and SMEs to coordinate efforts and report development.
• Assist in establishing and managing working groups covering safety, logistics, flight tests, requirements, and mission planning.
• Travel up to 25% to vendor or client sites.
