Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Relationship Development Officer in Fort Worth, TX to cultivate and strengthen referral networks that generate fiduciary business opportunities. You will serve as the primary contact for centers of influence and prospective clients, representing the firm at community and industry events.

This role emphasizes trust-based relationships, collaboration with Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers, and leading the RFP process when needed while upholding Dexian's standards of integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in developing professional referral networks.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence to generate fiduciary business opportunities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.
• Participate in community, professional, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen referral networks.
• Lead the RFP process when needed, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals.
