Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Relationship Development Officer – Trust and Wealth to build and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence and referral partners in Texas. You will lead RFPs, collaborate with Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors, and educate clients on fiduciary and wealth management solutions, aiming to grow fiduciary business with integrity and client focus.

You will represent Frost Bank at community events and maintain high professional standards, supporting a premier client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven success developing professional referral networks and Centers of Influence.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; able to work independently and across units.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence to generate fiduciary business opportunities.
• Serve as a primary contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.
• Lead the RFP process with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Participate in community and industry events to expand market visibility and referrals.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, and team members to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate referral sources about trust, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions.
