You will lead conversations on goals-driven wealth management, translate complex fiduciary concepts, and identify opportunities to enhance relationships while mitigating fiduciary risks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sophisticated client relationships in fiduciary/wealth settings.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, legal and tax considerations.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and client-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex account base of wealth clients with advisors and professionals.
• Lead client conversations on goals-driven wealth management and fiduciary services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and coordinate with Northern Trust resources.
• Mentor junior colleagues and serve as fiduciary subject-matter expert.
• Maintain proactive client service and timely communication; manage fiduciary risk.
