Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in Michigan is seeking a production supervisor to plan work, direct staff and coordinate resources to meet production and shipping needs. You will monitor schedules, enforce safety rules and optimize procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in materials or manufacturing, an associate degree, and the ability to lead teams, conduct training, maintain attendance records, and collaborate with other shifts.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in materials preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and material handling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Plans work, directs employees and gathers resources to meet production/customer needs, department and plant goals.
• Maintains time and attendance records and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Supervises shipping/receiving and warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Interacts with managers and other supervisors to coordinate department activities.
