Job summary

Magna is seeking a working Supervisor to oversee material handlers and coordinate all materials related activities on site. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations while supporting training and the FIFO process in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training others in a production environment.
• Able to drive a forklift and operate warehouse equipment.
• Proficient in basic math and MS Office.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material handlers and coordinate activities across the department.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain FIFO material flow and PFEP layouts; monitor inventory levels.
• Lead training for new team members and support ongoing training.
• Pull or stage orders and use barcode scans for inventory transfers.
