Job summary

Netrush is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment Lead to supervise a team of 5–20 associates and oversee inventory replenishment, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment. You will ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer demand.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to forecast replenishment needs and maintain high standards of inventory control.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and WMS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions and workflow of warehouse associates.
• Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent shortages.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Keep storage areas organized and the warehouse clean and safe.
• Coordinate shift allocations for operational efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate with management to forecast replenishment needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Organize training for staff and new hires.
• Ensure safe use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Communicate metrics to leadership.
• Support customer service with inventory-related inquiries.
