Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced inventory replenishment leader to optimize in-stock performance with Walmart. You will partner with Walmart Supply Chain, Replenishment, and Merchandising to drive profitable growth and reduce out-of-stocks.

The role manages daily replenishment, analyzes trends, and builds dashboards to monitor in-stock, forecast accuracy, and OTIF. 5+ years in replenishment with Walmart exposure required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years replenishment/SC experience.
• Experience with Walmart or large retailer.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walmart replenishment management and daily replenishment activities.
• Monitor inventory, weeks of supply, and forecast accuracy.
• Analyze sales trends and promotions to drive replenishment strategy.
• Maintain inventory across DCs and stores; resolve issues.
• Develop dashboards for in-stock and OTIF metrics.
