Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Replenishment Team Lead to supervise and mentor the replenishment crew, plan daily activities, and prioritize merchandise to meet customer demand. You will coordinate capstock and backroom stocking with store management to ensure products are readily available on sales floors.

The role requires leading, coaching, and flexible scheduling to cover early mornings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a clean receiving area and collaborating with logistics for process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teammates.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities; assign tasks.
• Stock merchandise from capstock/backroom to shelves by priority.
• Ensure down stock based on sales priority.
• Process pick lists generated from merchandise scans.
• Bin excess product in capstock/backstock.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed by end of shift.
• Return carts and restore work areas to standards.
• Notify leads about out-of-stock or fast selling items.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to improve processes.
• Assist Logistics and Yard Team as needed.
• Maintain a clean receiving area.
