Job summary

Quince is seeking a Manager, Recruiting (US Warehouses) to oversee full-cycle recruiting across our NJ and LV fulfillment centers. You will drive high-volume hourly hires and leadership placements, coaching onsite teams and partnering with warehouse leadership to scale hiring while maintaining talent quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth environments (warehouse/fulfillment preferred).
• 5+ years of direct people management across multiple locations.
• Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting and leadership hires (supervisors, managers, QRC).
• Data-driven with strong ATS metrics and funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with onsite leadership and HR partners.
• Knowledge of hourly labor markets in New Jersey and/or Las Vegas.
• Willingness to travel between NJ and LV facilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop onsite recruiting teams at NJ and LV fulfillment centers.
• Partner with East and West Coast Warehouse GMs to plan hiring.
• Oversee high-volume hourly and professional hiring for leaders and QRC roles.
• Lead seasonal ramp-up hiring strategies.
• Spearhead selective mid-to-senior level searches.
• Establish Quince as an employer of choice locally.
• Improve hiring processes, ATS automation, and candidate experience.
• Monitor funnel metrics, cost-per-hire, cycle times, and productivity.
