• Ability to maintain accurate records, track costs, and generate reports.
• Balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt to changing needs.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to collaborate with field crews, management, and vendors.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to support daily operations.
• Create, track, and maintain purchase orders with accurate pricing and delivery info.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials to maintain appropriate stock.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain inventory records, purchasing documentation, and reports in company software.
• Organize and prepare equipment and materials for installation and service jobs.
• Coordinate with field technicians, managers, and office staff to ensure materials are available.
