Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with purchasing and procurement of materials.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory handling, material staging, and outbound distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Track inventory movement, perform physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle utilization.
• Collaborate with operations and back-office teams to evaluate vendors and procure materials.
• Make purchasing decisions in coordination with other departments for stock and project items.
• Manage the return goods (RMA) process with timely resolution and vendor credits.
• Address warehouse issues and implement corrective actions.
• Occasionally deliver materials to job sites when needed.
• Conduct scheduled physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
• Promote high safety standards across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Provide light facilities support to maintain a safe workplace.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
