Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager of Operational Pricing & Analytics to collaborate with Business Development, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Engineering. You will develop pricing models, review post-implementation performance, and support quotes for new and existing opportunities within Armada Hub's network or with 3PL partners.

The role involves utilizing cost models, performing ROI analyses, and benchmarking pricing against market trends to ensure quotes meet business expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in 3PL logistics, warehouse ops, pricing, analytics, or solution design preferred.
• Strong problem-solving to resolve issues and translate concepts for multiple departments.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develops pricing recommendations for new and existing opportunities.
• Provides pricing analysis for customer negotiations.
• Leads or participates in operational characteristics reviews to validate pricing assumptions.
• Supports internal RFP requirements and information gathering.
• Maintains an archive of pricing quotations.
• Performs semiannual benchmarking of market pricing and industry trends.
• Evaluates new opportunities for operational and financial feasibility.
• Performs ROI analysis post-implementation.
• Develops new models for new business verticals.
• Participates in internal kickoff meetings for implementation.
• Collaborates with Business Development to support customer discussions.
• Occasional travel to customer and operations locations (<20%).
