Job summary

United CoolAir is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist at our York, PA facility to support material receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify incoming HVAC materials, and maintain accurate inventory in the WMS.

The role emphasizes material handling, adherence to OSHA standards, and collaboration across operations to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience receiving and verifying incoming HVAC materials against POs.
• Able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks following safety rules.
• Proficient with inventory control and cycle counts in a WMS.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials against POs.
• Safely unload deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or service.
• Maintain inventory with cycle counts and WMS updates.
• Handle hazardous or temperature‑sensitive materials per OSHA.
• Support process improvements and special projects.
