Job summary

United CoolAir, LLC. in York, PA, is seeking a Material Handler to join our HVAC manufacturing team. You will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, safely unload deliveries, label and store inventory, and prepare materials for production and service calls.

You will maintain accurate inventory in the WMS, handle hazardous materials per OSHA, participate in cycle counts, and support warehouse safety and continuous improvement initiatives to keep operations efficient.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Safely unload delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Label, organize, and store inventory—including coils, units, fittings, ductwork, refrigerant items, and accessories—in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for production, service calls, and job site deliveries.
