Job summary

United CoolAir, LLC. in York, PA is seeking a Material Handler to join our HVAC components team. You will receive, inspect, and store materials, unload deliveries using forklifts, and prepare items for production and service calls.

This role focuses on accurate inventory control, cycle counts in the WMS, safe handling of hazardous and temperature-sensitive materials, and keeping a clean, compliant warehouse.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Safely unload delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for production, service calls, and job site deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, documentation, and timely updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle and store hazardous or temperature‑sensitive materials in accordance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Support seasonal inventory shifts, large project staging, and bulk material coordination.
