Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Safely unload delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Label, organize, and store inventory—including coils, units, fittings, ductwork, refrigerant items, and accessories.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and job site deliveries.
• Handle and store hazardous or temperature-sensitive materials per OSHA and company safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in a safe, compliant manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and WMS updates.
• Assist with seasonal inventory shifts and bulk material coordination.
