Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to coordinate shipping, receiving and warehousing of ingredients and products, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality standards. You will maintain inventory accuracy across raw ingredients and finished goods, perform cycle counts, and oversee related payroll and scheduling paperwork.

You will also liaise with production, drivers and trucking partners to meet delivery dates, lead dock meetings and resolve conflicts, while upholding safety protocols

Qualifications

• Education: requires education beyond high school; including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving and warehousing of all ingredients and products to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for raw ingredients and finished goods; supervise cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure all payroll, hiring, vacation and scheduling paperwork is completed timely; enforce OSHA policies.
• Coordinate with drivers/ trucking companies to ensure delivery dates; lead dock meetings; resolve conflicts between dock personnel, customers or other departments.
