United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, organize, and direct shipping/receiving activities for our distribution operations. You will enforce productivity, manage payroll related tasks, and ensure staffing levels support efficient daily work loads.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive warehouse experience, and the ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and build internal/external relationships to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Additional related facility management training preferred.
• Five or more years of related experience, with at least two or more years of supervisory experience.
• 3 – 5 years warehouse management and/or logistics management experience in a complex, service-driven organization.
• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred.
• System Implementation preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of all warehouse procedures and functions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, supply contracts, and shipping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound, inventory control, and outbound warehouse operations.
• Monitors issues related to damaged, mis-shipped, or missing products.
• Assists in developing and adjusting warehouse policies and procedures.
• Manages equipment needs and suggests capital improvements.
• Ensures proper storage, rotation, and maintenance of warehouse materials.
• Maintains clean and orderly facility inside and outside.
• Develops strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provides leadership to direct reports and drives a high-performance team.
• Manages labor to meet business needs efficiently.
• Fosters positive employee relations and aligns with company vision.
• Ensures policy adherence and effective problem solving in operations.
