Qualifications

• Leads and mentors supervisors and associates to deliver KPI-driven results.
• Communicates effectively with Director of Operations and customers.
• Ensures safety, quality and productivity standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and coordinate cross-team activities to achieve targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper use of SOPs and work instructions.
• Oversee scheduling, manpower, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
