Job summary

Sese Industrial seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound materials. You will supervise logistics staff, train on forklifts and warehouse equipment, and monitor stock accuracy, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

You will drive efficiency, organize stock counts, and coordinate with production to meet delivery timelines. A Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or equivalent plus 5+ years in supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual a plus (Spanish).
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and problem solving.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Proficient in safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound materials.
• Supervise logistics staff, train on forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Plan and monitor receipt, storage, and dispatch of components.
• Ensure accuracy of stock, order picking, goods in/out, and cycle counts.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify issues, drive corrective actions, and reduce waste and variance.
• Coordinate with production to ensure on-time delivery of components.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with the Logistics Manager.
