Job summary

Tellworks Logistics, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking a seasoned warehouse and operations leader to drive the day-to-day management of our facility. You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping while monitoring performance against contract SLAs.

Partner with regional management to enhance customer relationships, drive process improvements, conduct weekly cycle counts, and ensure asset protection. A strong safety culture and coaching of staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capability.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing operations and logistics processes.
• Ability to coordinate intra-department functions and align objectives.
• Experience leading project delivery and service enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and oversight of the facility.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLA performance with the Regional Operations manager.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant site.
• Coach and develop site-based team through recruiting and training.
