Campbell's is seeking a Manager of Distribution & Logistics in Lakeland, FL to lead warehouse, distribution, shipping, and inventory control operations. You will drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective processes, collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales to meet production and customer needs.

The role requires leadership of salaried and hourly staff, a focus on continuous improvement, and strict adherence to food safety standards and GMP/HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead salaried and hourly employees across warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics.
• Develop and manage annual departmental budgets and operating plans.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee third-party transportation providers and ensure service levels and costs meet expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
