The Campbell's Company is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for the warehouse team in Minnesota. This overnight shift role focuses on coordinating daily warehouse activities, shipments, inventory, and order processing to keep operations safe, accurate, and efficient.

You will work with Transportation, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, plants, and outside carriers while maintaining records and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related warehouse or depot experience.
• Ability to coordinate daily warehouse activities and communicate professionally with staff and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to maintain accurate records with spreadsheets, databases, inventory information, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to follow established safety, food safety, and site security requirements.
• Ability to work the scheduled overnight shift and accommodate changes to starting times or hours when business coverage, production schedules, or holidays require them.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.

• Plan daily work activities from bills of lading and orders.
• Assign employees to receiving, storing, and order assembly.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with picking and sorting product.
• Cross-check and verify the accuracy of orders for CPU or BIN shipments.
• Print daily orders for BIN routes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on order cuts and adjustments.
• Communicate professionally with carriers and partners.
• Maintain the facility and follow safety and food safety processes.
• Report safety and food safety incidents and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain records related to timekeeping, expenses, inventory, and safety.
