Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a senior leader to oversee warehousing, distribution, inventory, and logistics operations. You will lead a large, diverse team, set expectations, coach performance, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

Strong SAP/ERP skills and a background in food manufacturing are valued. The role reports to the Manufacturing Site Director and offers comprehensive health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
Experience leading salaried and hourly employees in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Proven ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, productivity, and cost performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop salaried and hourly employees across warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics functions.
Establish clear expectations, coaching, and accountability for results.
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff to build organizational capability and succession strength.
Foster engagement, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Ensure training for safe and effective performance of responsibilities.
