Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Area Warehouse Manager to lead 6-8 warehouses within the assigned region, overseeing daily operations and providing training and coaching to the warehouse team.

You will manage inventory, drive cost control, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Fleet Services and Sales to meet budget. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of related experience, and expertise with High Jump, Oracle, JDA and SAP; travel ~60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 10 years related experience and/or training.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, inventory software, and manufacturing software.
• Expert knowledge of warehouse programs and systems (High Jump, Oracle, JDA, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Create and Manage the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and KPI.
• Control inventory, warehouse expenses, stale/return credit accuracy.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure locations meet cost goals and audits.
• Ensure safety and quality standards per FDA, OSHA, and SOX requirements.
• Manage 10-20 direct reports across multiple facilities.
• Oversee headcount planning and training.
