Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking an Area Warehouse Manager to lead 6-8 direct reports across multiple facilities, drive operational excellence, and manage inventory and cost controls. You will partner with transportation and sales teams to ensure aligned execution and achievement of budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a track record of supervisory success in a warehouse setting. A BA degree or 10 years’ related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and cost management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee area with 6-8 direct reports and support multiple facilities.
• Create and Manage the AOP and assigned KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
• Control inventory, warehouse expenses, and cost goals in line with the budget.
• Maintain accurate inventory reviews of slow moving / short coded products.
• Ensure safety and quality standards, complying with FDA/OSHA/SOX programs.
• Collaborate with Fleet Services and carriers to optimize routing.
• Lead headcount planning, performance management, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Perform duties with strong attention to customer service and problem solving.
