Job summary

Tip Top Garage Doors is seeking a detail‑driven Warehouse Logistics Specialist in the Charlotte/Indian Trail area. You will coordinate inbound shipments, oversee outbound deliveries, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse workflows to support our service technicians and installers.

Ideal candidates bring logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Excel/Google Sheets, ERP, and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with freight carriers, route planning, or logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation).
• Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries with timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory: track stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with technicians and installers to fulfill parts and supply needs.
• Prepare and package orders, label parts, and stage equipment.
• Monitor logistics costs, carriers, and freight operations.
• Use ServiceTitan, Excel/Google Sheets, and Label LIVE to manage data.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in process improvements to boost efficiency.
