Guild Garage Group LLC is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse layout. You will collaborate with technicians and installers to ensure timely parts availability and accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the use of ServiceTitan and Excel/Sheets to track data and improve processes. This is a full-time, on-site position in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP, ServiceTitan).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments: receiving, inspection, documentation.
• Schedule outbound deliveries; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory controls; track stock levels and cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with service technicians and installers to meet parts needs.
• Prepare and package orders; label parts; stage equipment for dispatch.
• Monitor logistics costs, carriers, and freight operations.
• Use ServiceTitan/Excel to manage logistics data.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in process improvements and team initiatives.
