Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead the Pelzer Integrated Solutions Campus, aligning receiving, inventory control, production support, and customer shipment with Oracle ERP processes. You will develop standardized practices, drive inventory integrity, and coach multiple Warehouse Managers to ensure safe, efficient material flow and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and supporting multi-site or multi-functional warehouse operations.
• Experience working within Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all warehouse operations across the Pelzer Integrated Solutions Campus.
• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Managers and warehouse leadership teams while establishing clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement standardized warehouse processes, KPIs, and best practices across all manufacturing facilities.
• Build a scalable warehouse organization capable of supporting continued operational growth.
• Oversee inbound receiving, outbound shipping, staging, and warehouse logistics activities.
• Coordinate with transportation providers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Improve warehouse throughput, dock scheduling, and shipment execution while minimizing operational delays.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, warehouse optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across all warehouse operations.
