DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager II to lead warehouse operations nationwide. The role focuses on strategic process improvement, safety, cost control, and high-quality service delivery across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• Experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics preferred.
• Staff management experience required.
• P&L management preferred.
• Project management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and productivity.
• Lead and motivate Operations Managers and staff and foster a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed; maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Utilize WMS, automation and technology to track inventory and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost-effective services per the commercial agreement.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels for decision-making.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage the site P&L and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews to customers.
