Celestica is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Maple Grove to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping workflows. You’ll hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff across shifts, while driving inventory accuracy and safety initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse ops with supervisory experience, direct WMS experience, and a proven track record managing 5–10 employees. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Direct experience with WMS administration.
• Track record of managing a team of at least 5–10 warehouse employees.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse associates, forklift operators, and leads across shifts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and VMI reconciliation; investigate discrepancies.
• Track and report operational KPIs.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct safety audits, and investigate incidents and near-misses.
• Coordinate inbound freight scheduling with carriers to prevent backlogs.
• Manage space utilization and adjust storage layouts for seasonal volume shifts.
• Evaluate and improve warehouse processes and implement lean/5S initiatives.
