Job summary

Sportech, Inc. in Elk River, MN seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, and distribution operations across shifts. You will design and refine product movement, drive cost efficiency, and support production teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in a manufacturing warehouse with leadership experience, and strong ERP/WMS proficiency. A robust benefits package and yearly compensation are provided, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
5–7 years in a manufacturing warehouse environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge and use of ERP and WMS systems.
Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
Experience with Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts to ensure efficient material flow.
Maintain safe working environment by following standards and regulations.
Develop staff through hiring, training, and coaching.
Monitor safety, quality and productivity with proactive feedback.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
Forecast and budget to meet financial objectives.
