Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–7+ years in semiconductor planning or supply-chain management.
  • Experience with semiconductor foundries, wafer fabrication, die supply, OSATs, or long-cycle-time manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of MRP/ERP, supply-demand balancing, inventory management, capacity planning, and advanced Excel or analytical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end wafer and die supply planning by translating forecasts into foundry start schedules, inventory targets, and safety-stock strategies.
  • Actively manage foundry capacity, yield, cycle times, and upstream supplier performance to identify shortages and allocate priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate scenarios and recovery plans to protect commitments to customers.
  • Drive mitigation strategies to balance demand, inventory, capacity, yield, and supply risk.
