Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, or operations experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading global teams and cross-functional organizations.
• Experience working within highly outsourced semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement long-range capacity strategy across foundries, packaging providers, substrates, assembly, and test operations.
• Collaborate with Cisco and external ecosystem to anticipate opportunities and enable informed decisions.
• Lead scenario modeling and risk analysis to navigate constraints and drive decision-support.
• Drive AI-enabled planning through automation, predictive analytics, and digital capabilities to modernize planning processes.
• Lead and develop a distributed team across regions and time zones with an inclusive culture.
