Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain/operations.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP and related tools.
• Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong collaboration and ability to communicate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans with business leaders and mentor team.
• Analyze planning strategies and tradeoffs to optimize supply and revenue targets.
• Present weekly supply changes to executive management.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain planners for wafer/die supply.
• Collaborate with foundry partners to forecast longer term capacity needs and resolve shortages.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment with backend/capacity planning and engineering to address bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategies.
