Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related clinical/quality discipline required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare quality, safety, regulatory readiness, or improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and system-level change.
• Prior experience leading Quality, Safety and/or Patient Experience in a multi-hospital system.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a unified quality, safety, and patient experience strategy across the system.
• Serve as a core leader on the system’s leadership team, contributing to enterprise strategy and risk management.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operational, and administrative domains to embed quality and safety.
• Directly oversees the BILH Quality team with dotted-line support to hospital units.
• Guide governance councils, performance reviews, and board-level reporting.
• Monitor performance against internal goals and national benchmarks.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and escalation protocols for underperformance.
• Align hospital quality committees and site audits with enterprise priorities.
