Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent leadership experience in a large multi-site health system.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory specialty operations, finance, HR, health IT, and Epic workflows.
• Proven ability to influence across hospital and ambulatory settings in a dyad leadership model.
• Advanced MS Office skills for complex documents, analysis and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of practice operations across BILHSC and partner with CMO to optimize quality, safety, access and financial performance.
• Develop and implement a strategic operational plan for BILHSC to support growth and market competitiveness.
• Maintain full operational visibility across staffing, supply, Epic workflows, and revenue cycle; reduce regional variation where possible.
• Lead specialty affinity groups and ensure leadership development and succession planning for reports.
• Manage Executive Directors/Directors with portfolio accountability and lead space planning and expansion efforts.
• Navigate dual credentialing and hospital-based scheduling within the layered specialty care structure.
• Support outmigration reduction and growth strategies with service line expansion and ambulatory development.
• Lead budget processes and variance mitigation for all specialty practices.
