Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services seeks a Vice President of Addiction Services to provide executive leadership for strategy, operations, and growth across the addiction treatment continuum. You will collaborate with medical leadership and hospital executives to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, workforce development, and financial stewardship, with responsibility for program expansion and integration across the system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with 10+ years of senior leadership in addiction treatment including clinical operations and financial management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of addiction services operations, finance, workforce management, health IT, Epic, and performance management.
• Experience leading complex organizational change in hospital-based and ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Addiction Services in dyadic partnership with Medical Director of Addiction Services and Director of Nursing.
• Oversee budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and real-time financial monitoring.
• Drive strategy, operational excellence, and delivery of safe, high-quality care across the continuum.
• Manage talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Foster partnerships with hospitals, community organizations, payers, and researchers to expand services.
