Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Director of Sales (Federal) to lead the North America State & Local sales program from a remote location in the USA. You will drive revenue, manage a regional team, and ensure customer success across public sector accounts.

The role demands strategic leadership, extensive enterprise SaaS experience, and the ability to recruit and coach Account Managers while cultivating C-level partnerships. 50%+ travel expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales management including hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives.
• 3+ years quota-carrying sales in enterprise or SaaS, with State & Local focus.
• Experience with State & Local accounts.
• Consultative selling to C-level customers on cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
• Strong customer service experience and forecasting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience selling products/services.

Responsibilities

• Set plan for the account territory and target markets.
• Hire and develop Account Managers to meet targets.
• Forecast and track sales performance across regions.
• Lead strategic proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Build long-term client relationships and partnerships.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market needs and competition.
• Provide product and industry knowledge to the team.
