Job summary

OneStream seeks a Vice President, Public Sector GTM & Operations to lead revenue delivery, operating model design, and cross-functional execution across Federal, SLED, and Higher Education. You will own the commercial engine, drive scalable processes, and align Sales, Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic market planning, and talent development in a complex regulatory setting, with remote-first expectations and nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive go-to-market experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead across functions without direct authority.
• Experience with regulated government markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the public sector.
• Monitor market trends to guide investments and pivots.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Ensure end-to-end lifecycle from sale to renewal.
• Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and governance for the public sector.
• Represent the company with government agencies and partners.
