OneStream is seeking a VP Partnerships for the Americas to lead partner-driven revenue and delivery across the region. This remote role requires collaboration with GSIs, RSIs, and technology partners to execute scalable, measurable partner motions aligned to regional targets.

You will drive governance, ROI measurement, and executive alignment while expanding the partner ecosystem and ensuring high-quality implementations across the Americas. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading ecosystem-led, partner-driven growth in enterprise software.
• Experience driving partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the NA partner ecosystem strategy to drive regional revenue growth and delivery scale.
• Own partner-driven revenue, pipeline, and ROI across the region.
• Build and scale a high-performing partner organization with regional growth targets.
